- Start off from the idea that you could die tomorrow
- Make things floating, e.g. schedule everything tentatively where possible
- Big to do lists are bad, paralysing
- If you have the 8 things to do and you can’t do any , that’s a bad way of being
- Big to do list: if they’re a good idea, they’ll come up multiple times
- (IMO having a basic list of non-important obligations is still useful though)
- Ok to defy societal expectations
