1. Start off from the idea that you could die tomorrow
  2. Make things floating, e.g. schedule everything tentatively where possible
  3. Big to do lists are bad, paralysing
    1. If you have the 8 things to do and you can’t do any , that’s a bad way of being
    2. Big to do list: if they’re a good idea, they’ll come up multiple times
    3. (IMO having a basic list of non-important obligations is still useful though)
  4. Ok to defy societal expectations
