Jhourney is all about reaching “jhana” states, which are 8 different bliss states described as “positive feedback spirals” and “the literal opposite of a panic attack”, lol

I experienced jhana 2 (the gratitude one) twice, and wept with joy for my life both times. Flooded with memories from every life era, profound gratitude, it was amazing

However, I had 0 desire to recreate these experiences post-retreat, lol. I’m really just not a meditator… idk
