Dick Schwartz

• IFS was “invented” by Richard “Dick” Schwartz (absurd name I know, dick warts innit)
• He’s written various books about it - IFS has really blown up in the last few years
• FWIW, I think he believes in IFS a bit too much - IMO it’s a cool imaginal way to interface with beliefs/feelings, whereas he really does believe that parts are like, lil dudes
