- Summary of the README, as of 2026-04-01:
“Dave is a Socratic learning tutor built as a Claude Code skill that lives inside an Obsidian vault. Rather than giving you answers, it guides you through deep understanding of a topic by interrogating your beliefs, naming your vague thinking, and mapping your knowledge gaps — all structured around an A/B/U framework (Advances, Base beliefs, Unclear areas). Each learning session follows a ritual: you initialise a topic, load context, grapple with Dave’s probing questions, then close with a structured reflection including a pride score. Everything is logged incrementally so your learning history persists across sessions, with git tracking your intellectual progress over time.”
