  • I talked with one of my mentors (Attila, the executive director at the EA Hotel) about my whole “I didn’t get a proper education, maybe I should go back to university, do a real undergraduate degree at a real university, like Oxford”, as discussed in:
  • His take was that I’m a pretty good thinker who is just missing a few mental moves and some unifying frameworks/knowledge bases to hang all my disparate learnings from
  • He said:
    • “You’re still framing it as ‘fixing yourself’, rather than ‘enriching yourself’” (based on reading one of my posts about it)
    • Writing argumentative essays as a key thing to do
    • Then 
    • Learning & practicing deductive logic, converting your thoughts into logical systems
  • And he’s now recommended the following books:
