  • Right now I’m blended with the Key Axiom of β€œif I keep writing/thinking, I’ll Figure It Out/Arrive/Be Able to Feel Good”

  • But I can Arrive and Feel Good right now. I can step back from this axiom, be in the present moment

  • Do I genuinely want to do x, or am I feeling compelled to do x because I’m blended with the story that if I do x, eventually it will lead to be Arriving and Feeling Good? Can I drop x and just Feel Good Now?

  • If I genuinely want to do x, then hell yeah, do it. But if I’m only doing it because it feels like a prerequisite to feeling good at some point in the future, drop that shit. Just do nothing, just feel good, just be present. Maybe do Core Transformation or Focusing if you really have to do a technique (but again, consider that you can just unblend from the axiom right now and be Free, truly free).
